• Is a tub-to-shower conversion part of the plan, and does the existing drain support it?
• Do you know the age and material of the supply lines behind the walls?
• Is venting adequate for any new fixture locations, especially in older buildings?
• Have you confirmed permitting requirements for the scope of work planned?
